So it began...
... with this project...
...and The Hobbit audio book, which I'm only listening to while on this wip. I'm in a sea of brown threads at the moment, which makes for fast progress even if the colors aren't that exciting. I'm going to keep Ranger as a bit of focus peice, because I would like some good progress. And for me bigger progress happens more easily after the initial start phase of a project. And with Full coverage projects, it takes longer to get to that point. A page done is a big deal!
For this wip, I'm using the Stitch the Zodiac challenges from Full Coverage Fanatics on fb. Lol how's that for a mouthful. This particular one, Capricorn theme, runs to Jan 19th. After that I'm switching to the Stitchy Quest fb group that's all LOTR themed for keeping Ranger going.
(Full Coverage Fanatics or FCF, will start its Aquarius challenges on Jan 20th and I have wips that work for that)
I'm going to try 2 lengths of floss per day on Ranger, (that's 6 needles threaded, 2 strands each) so I can still play with other wips if they call.
Normally my stitching wasn't very structured these past few years- and I miss when it was cuz it was very motivating- but I'm hoping to find a balance with the hobbies and my schedule now. Making it a priority in evenings is helping.
